It is our pledge NOT to become a regimented 9-5 to guiding service that herds it's guests from one short stop to the next. We ENJOY showing you these beautiful landscapes and canyons during the best light of the day........AT YOUR PACE.

The best way to utilize our services is to let us know when you will be in our area, the number of folks in your group, your physical abilities, length of tour you desire, and any photographic or scenic preferences you have. With this information, we will create a tour that is perfect for you. We encourage you to have input into your tour both before and during your adventure with us.

All of our tours include the use of our 4WD vehicles, your personal guide who can chase the light for you, beverages, snacks or full meals appropriate for the length of tour. We are delighted to share our infinate knowledge of the local geology, vegetation, wildlife, and human history and are happy to answer your questions. Photography instruction is available from each of our guides on a serious amateur or professional level if desired by our guests.

HALF DAY TOURS: 6 hours

Sunrise: We will pick you up approximately one hour before sunrise. This will allow us enough time to drive you to our chosen location, set up, enjoy and photograph the sun rising. We will show you other great morning light locations in the area before returning you to Moab. We will provide your favorite morning beverage, and a light continental style snack with fresh fruit.

Sunset: We pick you up about 5 hours before sunset and begin our journey toward our sunset location. As the late afternoon light becomes more photogenic, we are happy to stop anytime for you to enjoy and
photograph the beautiful scenery. We usually return to Moab one hour after the sun sets. We will bring along beverages of your choice, fresh fruit and snacks for the tour.

FULL DAY TOURS

Our full day tours are very popular, however they are now only available by special request. We begin one hour before sunrise and end about one hour after sunset. During the dull-flat-light of the day, you may choose a scenic drive and/or a wonderful nature hike that matches your physical ability. The length of these tours varies with the seasons.......12 hours in the winter, 14 hours in the spring and fall. We do not recommend a full day tour in the summer as they are 16 hours. We provide a full "HOT" breakfast after the morning shoot and a hearty lunch later in the afternoon on the trail. We will contact you before you reach Moab to ask your food and beverage preferences.

COMBINATION TOURS

Many of our guests who are going to be in our area for several days choose to create an itinerary combining our half day and full day tours. We can easily put together a schedule that is both productive and relaxing while allowing you to learn, feel and understand the forces that created this gift of nature.
